Jesse was awesome to work with. He showed up way faster than expected and was professional in helping us remove our wall mounted dryer. We had recently ordered a new washer dryer set and in the shipping we were told that delivery, install, removal were all included but when it came time to take the old dry off the wall, the delivery people stated they were actually unable to do this. Disappointing to us since we had to pay extra for the full service, but we understood so we called for back up. Jesse was polite, clean, and even helped remove the old wooden bits off the wall.
